Tim is a proactive advisor to work with. I was new to a lot of things but he explained everything with patience but also in detail. His communication skills are great and is easy to deal with.

Tim was was really great and easy to work with. My partner and I were first home buyers and completely new to getting the right type of insurance. We basically had no knowledge and werent even sure what types of insurance we needed for our lifestyle, let alone which provider to go with. We really needed some guidance. Tim was very prompt and gave us a summary of why insurance was so important, which insurance we really needed, which ones were a nice to have. When it came to picking a provider, Tim gave us a complete breakdown of the benefits of each one and how much each costed. He ultimately gave us his recommendation based on all the research so we didnt really have to do much of our own (although we did for our own peace of mind!) Every time there are changes to our life, Tim does a follow up and a review of our insurance and lets as known his recommendations. The provider that we ended up choosing with Tims help has been really beneficial to us and the benefits available with them has been a really important part of our lives.
